Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

-7 night blocks(Saturday turn day) only in spring,summer ,Thanksgiving, -3 night minimum in fall and winter and last minute summer/spring vacancies -Nov, Dec,Jan and Feb $3400/4 wk block( not including Holiday rate for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years week) - linens and cleaning included in rent -9% administrative fee and 10.5% taxes need to be added to rent for total price -50% of rental rate plus tax is due upon booking reservation as reservation deposit -balance of rental rate plus taxes and refundable security deposit due 30 days prior to first day of reservation
